1. What was your first brew?
Mojo Methegykyn
A mead with wildflower honey, flavouring and medicinal spices in 1991. 

2. How did you get this job?
Well, to make a long story short, I went to brewing school, got a job with Anheuser Busch, worked for a couple of regional breweries, now national breweries, a bunch of brewpubs and here I am, working for myself.

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?
Zero40 Belgian Wit.
4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?
Bell's double cream stout or New Realm Radegast Triple IPA.
5. Which beer would you like to brew?
Whatever my clients want me to make.

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?
Impale Triple IPA.

7. What’s your favourite beer style?
Belgians.
8. What’s your favourite hop variety?
Mosaic.

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?
Weyermanns Carafa line of roasted malts.

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?
Assuming clean draft lines, draught always.
