2. How did you get this job?

I completed M.Tech ( biotechnology) specialisation in fermentation technology. I did my first job in the soft beverage industry then I entered in this industry through my colleague Rahul. After that did job with German Brewmaster Habmann Paul.

Doppelbock

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

Hefeweizen

Braggot

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?

Hopyard to IPA

7. What’s your favourite beer style?

I always like german style beers.

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

Perle and Cascade

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?

I always prefer Weyermann speciality malts.
