European Lager Happy by Thirsty

2. How did you get this job?

I got referred by the previous head brewer, Abhishek Agarwal with whom I worked before.

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?

Berliner Weisse because it was a bit challenging.

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

Gunpowder rye ale from Susegado microbrewery

5. Which beer would you like to brew?

Double IPA

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?

Angel's Ale IPA

7. What’s your favourite beer style?

Kolsch

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

Citra cryo, Wakatu, Galaxy, Cenntenial

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?

Crystal 240 because it gives a wonderful colour

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?

Love for draught is immense but I also like to try new products in the market that can be either be a can or bottle.
