Ishan Grover - Co-Founder (Brewer), Kadak - India 

1. What was your first brew?

Homebrew with my College mate now Co-founder of Kadak, Amit Mishra. We brewed a batch of pale ale and I the whole batch was contaminated. 

2. How did you get this job?

After finishing my course at Heriot watt University. I got an opportunity to work for Lemp Brewing co. USA, who was opening India's 1st International Microbrewery. 

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?

Belgian strong ale. This is one of my personal favourite. 

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

I like BEACH Shack by Arbor. 

5. Which beer would you like to brew?

Barrel-Aged Sours. 

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?

#kadak. Belgian strong ale.

7. What’s your favourite beer style?

Classic Ipa+ Lambics.

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

Mosaic and Galaxy.

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?

Pale Malt. Without it beer is incomplete. 

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?

I Love Beer.
