1. What was your first brew?

It was Lager beer in Mount Shivalik Breweries Limited (Thunderbolt Beer).

2. How did you get this job?

After completing B.Tech in Biotechnology, I joined  Mount Shivalik Breweries 12 years ago. Going forward, initially, I got the opportunity to work in hops n grains under Dr Cariappa. since then, from the past 10 years, I am working as Head Brewer in Hops N Grains/The Great Bear.

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?

Kölsch Beer

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

It's difficult to choose, but if I have to pick one that would be Stout by Toit.

5. Which beer would you like to brew?

Gluten-free beer is on my list for a long time.

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?

The name would be Hoppy Ending beer with full of dry hops.

7. What’s your favourite beer style?

Stout

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

East Kent Golding

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?

Special B, Crystal

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?

Style of packaging doesn’t matter but it should be a good one.
