German wheat(@royal oak Vashi, Navi Mumbai)

2. How did you get this job?
I am currently pursuing my Masters (Wine, Brewing and Alcohol Technology from Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune( India). I did my 1st internship at  Royal Oak Brewery, Vashi Navi Mumbai and currently, I am doing my 4-months internship in Bangalore which is part of our 4th and last semester. 

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?

 Citra wheat

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

Everyone is making something new and interesting that brings a kind of enthusiasm to taste every new beer so its nothing like the favourite, I love all of them.

5. Which beer would you like to brew?
Kolsch

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?
Sour ales infused with some fruits. It will be named after a fruit.

7. What’s your favourite beer style?
IPA

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

Cascade

9. What’s your favourite malt or Malt variety?
Pilsener  Malt

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?

I love all forms of beer 🍺!!
