1. What was your first brew?
Devil's Dark ( A chocolate stout) with bourbon taste.

2. How did you get this job?

I studied Biotechnology Engineering, then did Biotechnology Finishing School course
Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Fermentation and Bioprocessing, got a chance to do an internship in Carlsberg India Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad in Production, Quality of Beer.
From there on being in Brewing Industry, Making Beers 🍺 and see people have smiles on having a handcrafted 🍺 beer!! 😊🍻🍻

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?

Rauchbíere (Smoked; Bacon Flavour)
Due to the subtle smoky bacony flavour, amber red colour.

4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?

Umm. Hard to spill beans, on this one!
But.
I love to have IPA, Bitter beers...
On second thought- Vanilla Stout, Triple

5. Which beer would you like to brew?
One which comprises of some Indian Spices, Bit smoky! Light on IBU, Creamy texture, light after the finish !

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?
Spiced Saison!
Would be a unification of Spice Weiss and a French Saison!
Would go better with many foods, many people...

7. What’s your favourite beer style?

Indian Pale Ale 

8. What’s your favourite hop variety?

Citra Cryo

9. What’s your favourite malt variety?
Rauchmalz, Honey Malt

10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?
