1. What was your first brew?
German wheat @(Royal Oak, Vashi, Mumbai). 
2. How did you get this job?
I am currently pursuing my Masters (Wine, Brewing and Alcohol Technology from Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune( India). I did my 1st internship at  Royal Oak Brewery, Vashi Navi Mumbai and currently, I am doing my 4-months internship in Bangalore which is part of our 4th and last semester.

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?
NEIPA (New England IPA),  it's like a hop bomb with smoothly balanced. I did dry hoping for it. It was my first dry-hoping experience. 
4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?
Brewers are keeping on trying to make new different awesome beers every time so it's very difficult to say one favourite beer.

5. Which beer would you like to brew?
I would like to brew sour beers because it's a difficult job to control sourness & pH of beer. It's like a thrill for me.

6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?
Fruit Gose (e.g Cranberry Gose
Type: It is a sour beer with added fruit flavour.

7. What’s your favourite beer style?
IPA(India Pale Ale) 
8. What’s your favourite hop variety?
Saaz

9. What’s your favourite malt variety?
Munich 
10. Which do you prefer – draught, bottle or cans?
All of them "I am love with Shape of You"
