1. What was your first brew?
Belgian wheat in my college pilot Brewery.

2. How did you get this job?
I did my post-graduation from Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune in wine, beer and alcohol technology, and got my first internship in a microbrewery in Pune and after post-graduation, I started working there as an assistant brewer and then one thing leads to another.

3. What’s your favourite beer that you have brewed?
Smoked ale, its very special for me because we have smoked the malt in the brewery and then made a beer out of it, that was really a different experience for me.
4. What’s your favourite beer brewed by others?
Difficult to choose one as we have so many amazing beers. Indian Brewers are keeping on trying to make new different awesome beers every time so it's very difficult to say one favourite beer.5. Which beer would you like to brew?
I would love to brew a lambic beer with some Indian fruit infusion in it.
6. What name would you really like to give to a beer, and what type of beer would it be?
"Royal rumble "I would like to call my beer. It would be a dark complex beer with a lot of spices in it, and there will always be a rumble of flavours in it.
7. What’s your favourite beer style?
India Pale ale and Sour beers.
